1. The Refectory is open to all employees, PhD students and their guests.

2. Tea, coffee, and milk are bought with private funds and used within the "Klub". If you want to belong to the Klub, you have to be signed up by Mrs. Renata Popiela and pay PLN 30 - club fee, (for people who invites their guests at the club, the rate is PLN 40)

3. People who do not belong to the club, and those who use coffee from the espresso machine pay PLN 3 (regardless of the type of coffee - paid to the owl's box next to the coffee machine) We encourage you to do so as this is the most convenient and social way to use the Refectory.

4. Each user is required to leave the Refectory clean after use.

• leaving the coffee machine clean after use
• wash the dishes used afterwards
• clean up on the tables and in the sink, etc.

5. Food products stored in the refrigerator must be signed and not stored in shopping nets, expired food should be discarded.

6. When using a microwave, food should be placed in a covered dish.

7. Each research team has a monthly duty (at least one month a year), which includes:

• organizing the cups and dishes – taking them from drainers every day, and washing the drainers once a week;
• changing washing sponges, replenishing soap and dishwashing liquid (to be picked up at the secretary's office)
• maintaining tables and sinks clean;
• cleaning refrigerators, microwaves and the espresso machine at the end of month.
• checking the cafe twice a day, i.e. emptying the grounds container and the used water container
