The General Assembly of the Polish Academy of Sciences elected ordinary and corresponding members of the Polish Academy of Sciences as well as members of the Polish Young Academy of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

The Polish Young Academy membership can be applied for by persons under 38 years of age who have at least a PhD degree and distinguished themselves by outstanding research and dissemination activities. This year, Dr. hab. Szymon Drobniak from our Institute joined the circle of PYA members.
